UPDATE: I originally posted a poor review for this specific location and have an update. This location has been purchased locally by a resident of our town. The new owner heard of my frustration and reached out to me to make it right. Krista has listened to my concerns and has trained her employees to correctly make the drink I like as well as other drinks that others like. She has made great changes to this location in customer service and quality. I now am a regular customer and happy to share my new experience with others. OLD REVIEW: Very inconsistent on the quality of their product. Someday's it’s good other days I dump it out. Quite sad for a brand I want to love. Employees consistently complain to customers about the poor drive thru audio. Sounds like the owners are not concerned about loosing customers and employees.
Made well, right, and fast. Even stuck with trying to scan phone to pay when it didn't want to work. Very friendly! (it would help if screen protector on the phone wasn't a privacy type)
Only times we do not stop is if the line of cars is to many , waiting 4 very good drink or food product.
Such a great place to stop for a coffee or smoothies! The food there is also amazing! The employees and management are always super nice and cheerful. Would highly recommend stopping!
The coffee at Scooters would be reason enough to frequent the drive thru, but the PEOPLE that always know my crazy drink orders, and greet me with kindness each time, make it hard to stay away!
